The Mama Bear Zipline tour includes 7 ziplines, for a total of 2700 ft of line, racing through the forest canopy at up to 35 miles an hour. The last 1000 ft stretch brings you out over a meadow to land on the tower above our 3-story Bear Scramble climbing wall. Your trip starts with a rustic ride up a mountain road behind the tractor, where youÂ’ll get comfortable with the zipline safety gear and procedures on the training zipline. Our professional guides have all been trained according to Association of Challenge Course (ACCT) requirements. We can confidently offer a safe as well as invigorating experience. Please note that participants must weigh between 70 and 250 lbs and be at least 8 years of age to ride Mama Bear.

Massanutten Adventure Park
Located At Massanutten Four Season Resort in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Conveniently located 10 miles from Interstate 81 at exit 247A. We are open to the public and offer a 1.5-2 hour guided Canopy Tour with obstacles, cargo net and 4 zip lines ranging from 90' to 450' ending with a 50' repel. Must be at least 7 years old and weigh between 70-250 lbs. Reservations strongly encouraged. Or, you can soar down a 750' dual Mega Zip Line and experience high flying adventure. Those younger in age will enjoy our Kids Adventure Course & Zip Line featuring 10 stations and 75' zip line. Must be between the age of 5-12 and weigh at least 40 lbs. Our Mega Zip Line and Kids Adventure Course are open year round, weather permitting. Call ahead for hours. The Canopy Tour is open through November 2. We offer discounts for groups of 15 or more. Our guides are trained according to ACCT requirements to offer our guest a safe experience.

The Aerial Adventure Park is an aerial park in the sky, with multiple ziplines, rock walls, and other elements to keep you on your toes as you traverse through the course.

This is the largest forest climbing park in the nation. 15 different color coded trails all starting from one main platform, and a Labyrinth for free climbing fun. This is an ropes style course with different challenges to experience while moving from one platform to another. Most, but not all trails have at least one zip line, there are 21 zip lines in total. Reservations can be made in advance online. Climbs are usually limited to 3 hours, which is enough to wear you out. Water is available in 2 locations within the park so there is no need to bring a water bottle.
